Celebrating his 16th year in SE Asia in June, 2023, Justin Dunne, leads a team of creative designers, sound & lighting consultants, social media mavens, graphic designers, and culinary experts.
With a small staff in alignment with several leading edge and local consultants, Justin has the freedom and flexibility to call on food & beverage professionals at ease should he not have them directly under his employment. Justin has been fortunate to develop partnerships and connections with the region's best hospitality leaders.
Justin is jumping back into freelance consulting and Evolution48 after spending the last 3 years opening up and operating the Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant's only 2 properties in SE Asia (Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok & Kimpton Kitalay Samui) as the General Manager of Bars & Restaurants for both properties. With both properties exceeding all expectations and both becoming the leading lifestyle and luxury properties in Asia, Justin is eager to see where else he can assist with all of your restaurant and bar desires.

- Director of Restaurants & Bars, Kimpton Kitalay Samui (2021-2022)
- The General Manager Bars & Restaurants for PUBLICO, Singapore's hottest new culinary playground (part of the InterContinental Singapore Roberston Quay
- Opening General Manager for Celebrity Chef Masaharu Morimot0
- Founding Partner at Namsaah Bottling Trust, one of Bangkok's most well respected and popular restaurants (including Michelin Plates in 2017, 2018, and 2019) (operated 2014-2020)
- 2 years at Ku De Ta, Bangkok, including pre-opening what was the largest Food & Beverage outlet outside of a hotel in Thailand
- 7 years as the General Manager of the iconic Bed Supperclub (2 of those years Bed Supperclub made the "Top 100 Clubs" in the world by DJ Magazine)
- Lead Operations Consultant for the opening of King Power's Mahanakhon Rooftop
