"Evolution48," a Hospitality Production Firm based in Bangkok, Thailand was launched in June, 2015 from a group of hospitality professionals that want to see restaurants, bars, and nightclubs evolve with the times.
Firm believers that the hospitality industry will become more patient, humble, appreciative, and enlightened, Evolution48 is their collaborative effort.
For many people, starting a bar, restaurant, lounge, or nightclub, or improving their own current offerings, must feel how gold prospectors felt when heading out West to seek their fortunes in 1848.
